Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your purchase is not suitable for your home or does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition. Products should be returned with their original packaging and all included parts or accessories. Please pack items securely to prevent damage during return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered processing or been prepared for shipment, we may be unable to cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, style, or product, please contact us with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. The original item must be returned in unused and resalable condition.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead. Any difference in product price may need to be paid or refunded as applicable.
For items that arrive damaged or are incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for inspection and processing. After approval, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent an incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used, assembled, or altered products
Products with stains, damage, or excessive wear
Items returned without their original components or accessories
Gift cards
International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
